CHIPOTLE BEEF SAUTE WITH RED ONIONS
1/2 medium red onion, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 1/4 pounds tender boneless beef (such as strip steak or tenderloin), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 jar Frontera Roasted Garlic & Chipotle Cooking Sauce
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Heat 2 Tbs. oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saut onion until golden brown and remove.
Sprinkle meat with salt; quick-fry until browned, 4-5 min.
Add Frontera Cooking Sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer. Stir onions back into skillet.
Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
